Dr. Nicki continues to be one of the most generous math educators I know! Her fact fluency materials for every operation including posters of strategies and models, game boards for each strategy, and flashcards that encourage discussion are such a gift to teachers! They are designed to help students not only develop mastery of the facts, but to do so by developing conceptual understanding of the operations and flexibility with the numbers which will, in turn, develop students' number sense.
